In the meantime I have this platter of cheese. I like cheese platters/trays. It gives me and my guest a chance to try different kind of cheese. Trader Joe's has a white cheese with caramelized onions that I'm in love with! It is a close run with Brie, another fav of mine. What is your favorite?

Ouch. So sorry about your camera. As for my favorite cheese, I think it's goat cheese. My brother gave me a Norwegian goat cheese for Christmas (The translation of the name was "crazy goat." Apparently, it is the cheese that makes Norwegians Norwegians ;)
It is caramel colored and very hard, almost like a cheddar, but it softens up at room temperature. I haven't been well enough to try more than a tiny taste of it so far, but it was delicious - sort of sweet and smoky tasting, all at the same time!
i love cheese and must check out the one from trader joe's. my favorites would have to be parmigian & fresh mozzarella because i love italian food. ugh for the camera! i hope gary can rescue it for you.
Seriously, I adore fromage! Any kind, I truly love meeting new cheeses. I love stilton, gorgonzola, goat, blue, brie, cheddar, gruyere, jarlsberg.....on and on.

I love all cheese! Trade Joe's has a Camembert style goat cheese that was my favorite while over there.
