Corner View: Black And White

We finally have snow!

I love this time of year, maybe because I l am nester at heart.

It gives me time to heal, refresh, tackle indoor projects and simply enjoy the quiet moments.

To see more on black and white visit Francesca's
corner.

Thanks for stopping by my friends!
Hugs,

There is nothing like the high contrast of a wintery day.
Stay warm and cosy. I usually use the word "hibernate" in January but "nest" is nice, too!

I like this time of year, too...but I would LOVE it if I didn't have to get out by 7am each morning, only to return after dark. Blah!

I love the quote about snow and kindness. I'll try to keep it in mind tonight and tomorrow as the predicted snow begins to accumulate here in New England :)

Right at this moment? I am nestled in my nest trying to decide if I really "need" to go to my bridge lesson tonight... I will enjoy it once I get there and be glad I went...
Do you think they will mind if I come with my slippers on?

Joyce,
As a Mother, there is something quite spiritual about the Winter months, the nesting, the ritual of the school week, the home work, the early tuck ins and the simplicity of black and white.
I shall be having a black and white give-away soon so please pop over. Your images are wonderful-
Spoke to our friend Deb yesterday. I miss her and her blog.
